There are many variables involved when ordering custom printed promotional bags (color of item, imprint color, logo size, decoration technique, and logo placement. Speaking directly with you prior to placing your order is the most effective method of assuring the accuracy of your order.??
You may also email your order to info@dealbags.com. Please include as many details as possible: the item number, color, quantity, imprint color, date that the item is needed, and ship-to address. A dedicated account representative will immediately get back to you with a confirmation, and go over any additional details.
Once your order is reviewed, you will receive an order acknowledgement via email or fax requesting your approval, and will include all details, estimated shipping charges and a virtual proof (if applicable). Please return the order acknowledgement within 24 hours so as not to affect your expected date of shipment. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods, or in some cases, rush production charges. What do I need to send for art?
Art guidelines: Electronic art: On canvas materials, simple 1-color art may be sent as a .jpg, .eps or .pdf file format with a minimum resolution of _300 DPI. If art has halftones or multiple colors, programs accepted include (PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, and Indesign). Please send art in a creative outline format and include all fonts in your design. Maximum file size is 20mgs for email art. Please send larger files on CD or disk via next day delivery.
Emailing art work: Please email art directly to your account rep, and call to confirm receipt. Please include your contact information and telephone number in the email, especially when art is sent from a third party. If you do not receive an email confirmation of receipt, assume it has not yet been received.
Pantone color match: Pantone is a universal color matching system that tells the printer what color inks to use. Pantone color numbers may be referenced for desired shades, however exact matches cannot be guaranteed. For more information on Pantone colors, visit www.pantone.com
Art services: Art not submitted in the requested formats may delay production. If your art file has low resolution or needs to be professionally redrawn, layer separated, or reformatted, upon request we can provide this service at a nominal fee to help expedite your order. There is a $50.00 charge for redrawing your logo to make it camera ready.
Proofs: E-proofs are provided on all orders for your signature approval. Printed spec samples may require additional lead time and are generally provided on large quantity orders. Pre-production samples may be provided for orders requiring half tone ink coverage, pantone color references, or upon request if time allows. Orders requiring imprinted spec samples will be sent by air to preserve delivery date. Shipping is additional.
How much is shipping? For orders that are not a rush, we ship via UPS Ground. Please call for a quote.
Do you drop ship? Yes, we can drop ship to your location (s). There will be a $5.00 charge for any address after the initial ship to address. Also, there will be a $3.00 fulfillment charge per box for handling.
Can I get a sample before my bags are made? We offer two types of samples. A paper proof is a black and white version of your art, normally emailed to you.
We also offer a pre-production proof. The charge for this is the cost of the decoration set up charge. See specific products for set up charges.
What are your terms and payment options? Our terms are net 30 days. New customers will need to complete a credit application at the time of your first order, or pay with a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Can I get a custom size bag? Yes. We are able to customize the bag and handle size, style and colors to fit your needs. In some cases, there may be a 50 bag minimum order.
Can you personalize individual bags? We do not personalize individual bags. Please speak with your account rep for help with this.
Do you print four color process (photo reproduction)? Four color process printing is an option, and we recommend that we review the art before your order is placed to determine the best possible method of decoration. Professional separations may be necessary, or we may recommend the use of a heat transfer. Transfers offer very good four color and photo reproduction on natural-color bags.
Can I buy in increments of one? Our minimum quantity for printed bags is 50, and for unprinted bags it is 25.
